Product Overview

1. Silicone-based roof renovation coating, resistant to -50~+200℃, UV, salt spray and ozone;

2. Service life ≥ 25 years with a film thickness of 0.7–1.2 mm.

3. High-reflective white finishes can significantly reduce roof heat absorption and energy consumption, making them suitable for hot climates.

4. Applicable to various substrates such as BUR asphalt roofing, EPDM, concrete, metal, modified asphalt, chemical TPO/PVC, and PU foam, for direct recoating and maintenance.

1. Existing building waterproofing renovation (asphalt BUR, EPDM, metal roofing, etc.)

2. Repair of roof cracks and joints (Type III package)
